摘 要:以聚乙烯醇(PVA)-海藻酸钠(SA)为基体,包埋磁性纳米Fe3O4粒子和粉末活性炭(PAC)制备了复合凝胶球(Fe3O4@PVA-SA-PAC),研究用于吸附水中的盐酸四环素(TC)。结果表明,在酸性条件下(pH=3)有利于TC的吸附;吸附量随投加量的减少、初始TC含量增加而上升。准2级动力学模型和Langmuir等温模型可以较好的拟合吸附数据,表明吸附过程主要是化学吸附和单分子层吸附。在35℃下,Langmuir模型拟合出最大吸附量为368.7mg/g。同时,凝胶球表现出良好的可重复利用性,经过5次循环再生后,仍具有很好的吸附效果。A composite gel balls (Fe3O4@PVA-SA-PAC) were successfully prepared by using polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) and alginate (SA) as raw materials, entrapped magnetic nano-Fe3O4 and powdered activated carbon (PAC), and used to adsorb tetracycline hydrochloride (TC) in water. The results showed that under acidic conditions (pH=3), it was beneficial to the adsorption of TC. The adsorption capacity increased with the decrease of adsorbent dosage or the increase of the initial tetracycline content. Moreover, the adsorption of tetracycline hydrochloride by Fe3O4@PVA-SA-PAC was found in good correlation with the pseudo-second-order kinetic equation and Langmuir isothermal model, indicating that the adsorption process was mainly chemical adsorption and monolayer adsorption. The Langmuir model fitted a maximum adsorption capacity of 368.7 mg/g at 35℃. After five cycles of regeneration, the gel ball still exhibited a good adsorption effect, indicating favorable reusability.
