摘 要:接触氧化法A/O工艺中填料的筛选一直是研究的重点,通过对比弹性填料、组合填料和悬浮球填料三种不同填料对炼化废水中污染物的去除效果,选取一种适用于炼化废水处理的填料。结果表明,对COD去除效果:组合填料>弹性填料>悬浮球填料;对氨氮去除效果:弹性填料>组合填料>悬浮球填料;对总氮去除效果:弹性填料>组合填料>悬浮球填料;弹性填料对炼化废水中COD、氨氮和总氮的去除效果相对较好,分别是80.6%、95%、75%,且耐冲击负荷能力较强,弹性填料是改良A/O反应器的首选。Screening of fillers in contact oxidation A/O process has always been the focus of research. By comparing the pollutant removal effects of three different fillers, elastic filler, combined filler and suspended ball filler, in refinery wastewater, a suitablefiller for refinery wastewater treatment was selected. The results showed that the removal efficiency of COD was as follows, combined packing > elastic packing > suspended ball packing;the removal efficiency of ammonia-nitrogen was as follows,elastic packing > combined packing > suspended ball packing;the removal efficiency of total nitrogen was as follows,elastic packing > combined packing > suspended ball packing.Elastic packing had relatively good removal efficiency of COD,ammonia nitrogen and total nitrogen in refinery wastewater, the removal rate was 80.6%, 95%, 75% respectively, and had impact resistance. Elastic packing is the first choice for improving A/O reactor.
