摘  要:目前缺血再灌注损伤给心肌带来的不可逆危害仍是需要攻克的难题。腺苷作为一种内源性嘌呤核苷酸,由正常细胞代谢释放,在各种病理生理过程中发挥不同的作用,如调节血流量,心率和心脏收缩力。缺血和远程预适应期间释放的内源性腺苷或外源性腺苷激活腺苷受体,其中A1和A3受体起主导作用,在缺血再灌注损伤期间通过不同机制保护心脏,包括激活ATP敏感性钾通道,增加抗氧化酶的水平,与阿片受体之间的相互作用,以及一氧化氮生成增加等,但其详尽作用机制尚未明确。At present,the irreversible damage caused by ischemia-reperfusion injury to the myocardium is still a difficult problem to overcome.Adenosine,as an endogenous purine nucleotide,is released by normal cells and plays different roles in various pathophysiological processes,such as regulating blood flow,heart rate and cardiac contractility.Endogenous adenosine or exogenous adenosine released during ischemia and remote preconditioning activates adenosine receptors,in which A1 and A3 receptors play a leading role in protecting the heart through different mechanisms during ischemia-reperfusion injury,including activation of ATP-sensitive potassium channels,increasing levels of antioxidant enzymes,interactions with opioid receptors,and increasing nitric oxide production,but the detailed mechanism of action is not clear yet.
