摘 要:为解决燃煤锅炉尾部烟道的磨损问题,利用计算流体力学(CFD)软件进行气固两相流场模拟和磨损预测,寻找实际运行中烟道严重磨损的位置,并以某超临界660 MW燃煤机组锅炉为例进行模拟。模拟结果发现,磨损主要集中在锅炉尾部水平段烟道下壁面、上升段烟道转角、水平段导流板及上升段涡盘,磨损率最大值达到1.94×10^–5 kg/(m^2·s),而实际情况为该机组运行6个月发现水平烟道下壁面磨穿至保温层,导流板及涡盘磨损至撕裂和消失,模拟结果与实际情况一致。In order to solve the wear problem occurs on tail flue of coal-fired boilers,this paper simulates the gas-solid two-phase flow field and predicts the erosion situation by computational fluid dynamics(CFD),and finds out the location of severe wear in actual operation.Moreover,numerical simulation was carried out by taking a supercritical 660 MW coal-fired boiler as an examplec.The results show that,the wear mainly concentrates on the lower wall of the horizontal flue,the corner of the rising flue,the diversion plate of the horizontal section and the vortex disc of the rising section,with the maximum wear rate reaching 1.94×10^–5 kg/(m^2·s).The actual situation is that the lower wall of the horizontal flue weared through the insulation layer,the diversion plate and the scroll disc basically disappeared after 6 months’operation.The simulation results are consistent with the actual situation.
