摘  要:大管径、高压导热油管道的水压试验一直是槽式光热电站试验难点之一,其中水压试验堵板是其中最主要的薄弱环节。对于槽式光热电站大管径导热油管道,若采用常规角焊平堵板容易出现鼓胀变形、焊缝开裂,导致水压试验失败,甚至出现安全问题。本文通过研究对比不同水压试验堵板的计算方法,结合国内外实际工程中水压试验堵板的设计,提出了一种通过双重加强环和辐状加强肋来提高堵板刚度,减小堵板厚度,加强焊接强度的水压试验堵板的设计和优化方法。结果表明:这种双重加强环配合辐状加强肋的整体式对焊堵板设计,不但有效的提高了堵板刚度,且优化后堵板厚度从70mm缩小到27.3mm,相当原来的39%。对于槽式光热电站大管径导热油管道水压试验,优化后的堵板有较好的适用性,已成功地应用于国外光热电站的施工建设过程中。The hydrostatic test of large-diameter heat-transfer-fluid(HTF)pipe has always been a difficult point in parabolic trough solar thermal power plants,in which the blind plate is the most important weak link.For the large-diameter HTF pipe of the parabolic trough solar thermal power plants,using the conventional flat welded blind plate easily causes swelling and deformation of the blind plate,and weld cracking,leading to failure of the water pressure test and even safety problems.To solve this problem,the different calculation methods of hydrostatic test blind plate were studied and compared.Combined with the design of hydrostatic test blind plate in practical projects at home and abroad,a new method combing double-reinforcement-ring and radial strengthening rib was developed in this paper to improve the stiffness of blind plate,reduce the plate thickness and strengthen the welding.The results indicated that,the design of the integral butt welding blind plate with double-reinforcement-ring combined with radial strengthening rib not only improves the stiffness of the blind plate effectively,but also reduces the thickness of the blind plate from 70 mm to 27.3 mm,which is equivalent to 39%of the original thickness.For the hydrostatic test of large-diameter HTF pipe of parabolic trough solar thermal power plants,the optimized blind plate exhibited better applicability,and it was successfully applied to the construction process of foreign solar thermal power stations.
