摘  要:某火电厂凝结水精处理混床投运初期,水汽品质异常,给水和炉水氢电导率达到水汽质量劣化三级处理值,影响机组的安全稳定运行。通过对精处理混床的设备状况、运行工艺、树脂量和再生酸、碱质量等进行排查和分析,发现再生系统存在跑漏树脂的问题,造成现有树脂量不符合再生步序,影响了树脂的分离、输送和混合效果,导致在精处理混床投运初期水汽品质异常。提出了在树脂量不符合设计要求时,需要手动调整关键运行和再生参数,以及其他防止树脂跑漏的措施。In the early stage of ccondensate polishing operation in a thermal power plant,the water vapor quality was abnormal,and the hydrogen conductivity of feed water and boiler water reached the third grade treatment value of water vapor quality deterioration,which affected the safe and stable operation of the unit.The equipment condition,operation process,resin quantity and acid-base quality of the condensate polishing system were investigated and analyzed.It was found that there was leakage of resin during resin regeneration,which resulted in the resin quantity conditions not conforming to the original operation sequence,and affected the separation,transportation and mixing effect of resin.This was the main reason for the abnormal water vapor quality in the early stage of the condensate polishing operation.At last,several countermeasures are proposed to deal with the situation that the resin quantity does not meet the design requirements,like manually adjusting the key operation and regeneration parameters.
