摘 要:随着煤炭资源的不断枯竭,如何减少综放开采时的煤炭资源损失量,提高回采率成为矿井主要研究的课题。针对高瓦斯软煤层的特性,合理减小护巷煤柱尺寸,达到有效支撑顶板压力、减少采空区积水与瓦斯渗透的效果,对于矿井降低煤炭开采损失、减少巷道支护和维护成本、提高经济效益、保证矿井安全生产等具有重要意义。大水头煤矿自2001年以来,通过对综放工作面窄小煤柱护巷技术不断进行试验和总结,优化改造窄小煤柱支护技术,总结得出了适宜高瓦斯软煤层综放开采条件下的窄小煤柱护巷技术。The continuous drainage of the coal resources has put forward a major research subject: how to reduce the loss of coal resources in fully-mechanized caving mining and improve recovery rate. Considering characteristics of high gas-content soft coal seams, it was of great importance for the reduction of loss of coal in mining, lowering of tunnel supporting and maintenance costs, enhancement of economic benefits and guarantee of safety production in mine to reasonably reduce the size of tunnel-supporting coal pillars, effectively support roof pressure and reduce the infiltration of water and gas in goaf. Since 2001, Dashuitou Coal Mine has continuously improved the supporting technology of narrow and small pillars with unceasing tests on the fully-mechanized caving face and summarization thereof. With such efforts, it has finally concluded the tunnel-supporting technology with narrow and small coal pillars suitable for the fully-mechanized caving mining condition in coal mines with high gas content and soft seams.
