摘  要:目的:基于静息态功能磁共振成像(rs-fMRI)探讨健康成人自发性脑活动相关指标的动态性与指标间整合一致性在性别上的差异。方法:招募37例健康成人志愿者(男21例,女16例),使用GE SignaE xcite3.0T磁共振仪行静息态fMRI扫描。基于DPABI软件的时变分析模块,计算脑组织的局部一致性(ReHo)、中心度(DC)、低频振荡幅度(ALFF)和全局信号相关性(GSCorr)四项指标随时间变化的动态特征(以标准差SD衡量)以及4项指标在时间和空间分布特征上的一致性(以肯达尔和谐系数衡量),并比较各指标在男女受试组间的差异。结果:女性组的右侧背外侧前额叶皮层的动态变化程度(SDDC)、右侧缘上回和右侧脑岛在体素层级四项指标间的动态一致性均显著高于男性(GRF多重比较校正,P<0.05),而且在全脑空间分布上四个指标间的动态一致性亦显著高于男性(t=9.59,P=0.0001);男性组的左侧运动前皮层、左侧背外侧前额叶皮层的SDALFF、以及左侧颞下回和颞中回的SDGSCorr均显著高于女性组(GRF多重比较校正,P<0.05)。结论:男女性成年人的自发脑活动存在性别差异可能是男女在行为和认知上存在明显性别差异的脑功能原因。Objective:To explore the gender differences of intrinsic brain activity in healthy adults based on resting-state fMRI data.Methods:Resting state fMRI data was collected from 37 healthy adults(male 21 and female16)with GE Signa Excite 3.0T magnetic resonance imaging scanner.Four temporal dynamic indices,amplitude of low frequency fluctuations(ALFF),regional homogeneity(ReHo),degree centrality(DC)and global signal correlation(GSCorr)were calculated using DPABI software.The temporal dynamics were represented by the standard deviation of the 4 temporal dynamic indices.The voxel-wise and volume-wise concordance of the 4 indices were calculated by Kendall's coefficient.Two sample t-test was performed to explore the differences of the temporal dynamics and concordances between gender groups.Results:Compared with male group,female group showed significant increases of SD DC in the right dorsolateral prefrontal cortex(dlPFC)and voxel-wise concordance in right supramaginal gyrus and right insula(GRF corrected P<0.05),and also the volume-wise concordance(t=9.59,P<0.05).On the contrary,male group showed significant higher dynamic ALFF in the left premotor cortex and the left dlPFC,higher dynamic GSCorr in the left inferior temporal gyrus and left middle temporal gyrus than those of female group(GRF corrected P<0.05).Conclusion:The significant differences of intrinsic brain activity might be the underlying cause of the gender differences in behavioral and cognitive process.
