摘  要:目的探讨超声"萤火虫"技术(micropure)、超微血管成像技术(superb microvascular imaging,SMI)及两者联合在BI-RADS 4级乳腺结节校正诊断中的应用价值。方法收集经高频超声诊断为BI-RADS 4级的乳腺患者76例,共计78个结节,经超声"萤火虫"和SMI校正分级后,与病理结果比对,绘制ROC曲线,比较高频超声、"萤火虫"技术、SMI技术、"萤火虫"联合SMI校正诊断BI-RADS 4级乳腺结节的差异。结果 76例BI-RADS 4级患者的78个乳腺结节中,病理证实37个为恶性结节,41个为良性结节。"萤火虫"、SMI、"萤火虫"联合SMI技术分别与高频超声比较,诊断差异有统计学意义,"萤火虫"联合SMI技术分别与"萤火虫"、SMI比较,差异有统计学意义。结论超声"萤火虫"技术、SMI技术有助于提高BI-RADS 4级乳腺结节诊断的准确性。两者联合能取长补短,更显著提高诊断准确率,减少不必要的活检。Objective To explore the value of micropure ultrasound technique,superb microvascular imaging(SMI)and their combination correction in the diagnosis of BI-RADS 4 breast nodules. Methods A total of78 breast nodules in 76 patients classified as BI-RADS 4 with high frequency ultrasound and corrected by micropure and SMI. Compared with pathological results,ROC curves were drawn to compare the difference of diagnosing BI-RADS 4 breast nodules by high-frequency ultrasound,micropure,SMI and micropure combined with SMI.Results Among the 78 breast nodules of 76 patients with BI-RADS 4,37 were confirmed to be malignant and 41 were benign by pathology. The results of micropure,SMI and the combination of the two were compared with highfrequency ultrasound respectively,and the differences were significant. The results of micropure combined with SMI were compared with micropure and SMI respectively,and the differences were significant. Conclusion Micropure and SMI are helpful to improve the accuracy of BI-RADS 4 breast nodules diagnosis. The combination of the two methods can complement each other,improve the diagnostic accuracy and avoid unnecessary biopsy.
