摘  要:目的探究基于鼻饲术的虚拟仿真平台在基础护理学教学中的应用效果。方法2018年5月应用方便抽样法选取山东大学护理学院2016级25名护理本科生,采用传统教学与鼻饲术虚拟仿真平台结合授课,授课结束后,调查学生使用该系统情况并发放基于鼻饲术虚拟仿真系统效果评价问卷调查教学效果;2015级25名护理本科生采用传统教学方法授课。比较两级学生操作考核成绩及个人耗材均费。结果2016级92%的学生虚拟操作成绩达90分以上,85.7%的学生表示喜欢该系统的使用。学生操作考核成绩均分为(93.40±3.97)分,高于2015级学生(P<0.05);个人耗材均费较2015级降低了13%(P<0.05)。结论基于鼻饲术的虚拟仿真平台与传统教学方式相结合的创新教学方式,提高了学生的操作成绩,高效利用了实训时间,降低了实验室耗费,增强了学生的学习和理解能力,减轻了教学负担,改善了教学效果。Objective Exploring the application effect of virtual simulation platform based on nasal feeding in basic nursing teaching.Methods 25 nursing undergraduate students from 2016 grade in Shandong university in participated in the study,using traditional teaching and nasal feeding virtual simulation platform to teach.After the training,the results of the questionnaire were distributed and the results of the operation were compared with the 2015 grade traditional teaching group students.Results 92%of students have a virtual operation score of 90 or more,and 85.7%of students expressed their preference for the use of the system.The scores of the 2016 grade students'operation assessment were divided into(93.40±3.97)points,which was higher than the previous 2015 grade students(P<0.05).Personal supplies are reduced by 13%(P<0.05).Conclusion The virtual simulation platform based on nasal feeding combines with traditional teaching methods can improve students'performance,effectively utilize training time,reduce laboratory expenses,enhance students'learning and understanding ability,reduce teaching burden and improve teaching effect.
