摘 要:以市面上常见品牌的废旧聚酯瓶及其废旧聚酯瓶片作为研究对象,利用转矩流变仪和差示扫描量热仪对废旧聚酯瓶片的流变性能及热性能进行了研究。结果表明:废旧聚酯瓶片流体为假塑性非牛顿流体,其表观黏度随剪切速率的增加而降低,但在剪切速率较高时会出现异常流变现象;应力集中、熔体与口模壁的相互作用发生突变、挤出压力失稳等是造成废旧聚酯瓶片熔体在高剪切速率下出现异常流变行为的主要原因;不同的废旧聚酯瓶片的结晶速率、结晶焓和结晶度均存在差异;在废旧聚酯瓶片回收再利用时,必须根据不同废旧聚酯瓶片的特性进行归类,以便生产不同性能的聚酯产品。The rheological and thermal properties of waste polyester bottle flakes were studied by taking waste polyester bottles and waste polyester bottle flakes of common brands on the market as research objects with a torque rheometer and a differential scanning calorimeter.The results showed that waste polyester bottle flake fluid was pseudoplastic non-Newtonian fluid,whose apparent viscosity decreased with the increase of shear rate,but abnormal rheological phenomena occurred at high shear rate;the main reasons for the abnormal rheological behavior of waste polyester bottle flake melt at high shear rate included stress concentration,sudden change of interaction between melt and die wall and unstable extrusion pressure;different waste polyester flakes exhibited different crystallization rate,crystallization enthalpy and crystallinity;and waste polyester bottle flakes should be classified according to their characteristics in order to produce polyester products with different performance.
