摘 要:针对GB/T6504—2008《化学纤维含油率试验方法》的修订,对其测试步骤进行了优化研究,探讨了蒸馏烧瓶的质量稳定性、萃取剂的选择、萃取条件对化学纤维含油率测试的影响。结果表明:化学纤维含油率测试时,以萃取后烘干纤维的质量来计算含油率比GB/T6504—2008中引入含水率测试结果计算含油率更为科学合理;蒸馏烧瓶以选用容积为150mL为宜;乙醚为锦纶6的适宜萃取剂;适宜萃取条件为回流速度6~8次/h,回流2h;对于已知油剂的化学纤维,采用光折射法测试其含油率可以缩短测试时间,提高测试效率。Aiming at the revision of GB/T 6504-2008 Test Method for Oil Content of Chemical Fibers,the optimization of testing steps were studied.The effects of the quality stability of distillation flask,the selection of extractant and extraction conditions on oil content of chemical fibers were discussed.The results showed that it was more scientific and reasonable to calculate the oil content of chemical fiber by the weight mass of the dried extracted fibers than by introducing water content test results described in GB/T 6504-2008;the distillation flasks with a volume of 150 mL were preferable;ether was the suitable extractant for nylon 6,and the optimum extraction conditions were a reflux speed of 6-8 times/h and reflux time of 2 h;and for the chemical fibers with known finish oil,the light refraction method can shorten the test time and improve the test efficiency.
