摘 要:本试验旨在研究矿物质铜、锌、硒缺乏对舍饲滩羊生产性能及异食癖的影响。选择16只健康、年龄相近、装有永久性瘤胃瘘管的滩羊羯羊,采用完全随机试验设计,分为4组,每组4只,组间体重无显著差异(P>0.05)。标准饲粮参照NRC(2008)和内蒙古细毛羊(4~18月龄)饲养标准中蛋白质、维生素、钙、磷、硒、铜、锌的需要量配制。标准饲粮组设为对照组,矿物质缺乏组设为试验组,依次为试验Ⅰ组(铜水平为对照组的1/2,硒、锌及其他营养水平与对照组相同)、试验Ⅱ组(锌水平为对照组的1/2,硒、铜及其他营养水平与对照组相同)和试验Ⅲ组(硒水平为对照组的1/2,锌、铜及其他营养水平与对照组相同)。预试期为7 d,正试期60 d。结果表明:1)与对照组相比,试验组舍饲滩羊总采食量、日增重和羊毛密度的平均值均显著或极显著降低(P<0.05或P<0.01)。2)与对照组相比,试验组舍饲滩羊均有异食癖现象的发生。由此可见,铜、锌、硒缺乏不仅会影响滩羊的增重,同时还会引起舍饲滩羊异食癖的发生。This experiment was conducted to determine the effects of trace elements of copper,zinc and selenium deficiency on performance and pica of house-feeding Tan sheep.Sixteen healthy Tan wether sheep installed permanent rumen fistula with similar age were selected and divided into 4 groups using complete random test design.Every group contained 4 sheep,and the body weight of was no significant difference among all groups(P>0.05).The standard diet was compounded that the requirements of protein,vitamins,calcium,phosphorus,selenium,copper and zinc were according to NRC(2008)and Inner Mongolia fine wool sheep(4 to 18 months).The control group was fed the standard diet,and the mineral deficiency groups were experimental groups,which were experimental groupⅠ(the copper level was half of the control group,but selenium,zinc and other nutrient levels were same as the control group),experimental groupⅡ(the zinc level was half of the control group,but selenium,copper and other nutrient levels were same as the control group)and experimental groupⅢ(the selenium level was half of the control group,but copper,zinc and other nutrient levels were same as the control group),respectively.The pre-experimental period lasted for 7 days,and the experimental period lasted for 60 days.The results showed as follows:1)compared with the control group,the total feed intake,daily gain and wool density of house-feeding Tan sheep of experimental groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05 or P<0.01).2)Compared with the control group,the occurrence of pica appearance of house-feeding Tan sheep of experimental groups was observed.In conclusion,the deficiency of copper,zinc and selenium in die not only affects weight gain,but also lead to pica of house-feeding Tan sheep.
