摘 要:基于ANSYS有限元分析软件,并结合理论分析,对用于常温下煤油等液态燃料流量计量的超声波换能器的压电晶片、匹配层进行研究。选用厚度2mm的PZT-5A压电陶瓷圆盘作为压电晶片,金属铝、聚苯乙烯为匹配层,GCC2002+钨粉、E51-618+钨粉为背衬层,制备换能器样机,并搭建流量测试平台,进行流量测量试验。试验结果证明,匹配层为聚苯乙烯、背衬层为GCC2002+钨粉时,超声波换能器性能较好,在60~300g/s的流量范围内误差为0.3%。Based on ANSYS finite element analysis software and theoretical analysis, the piezoelectric wafer and matching layer of ultrasonic transducer are studied. Two kinds of ultrasonic transducers are designed for the measurement of liquid fuel such as kerosene at normal temperature conditions. The transducers use 2 mm thick PZT-5 A piezoelectric ceramic disc as the piezoelectric wafer, and use metal aluminum and polystyrene as matching layers respectively, and use GCC2002+tungsten powder and E51-618+tungsten powder as backing layers respectively. It is proved by experiments that the ultrasonic transducer made of polystyrene and GCC2002+tungsten powder has better performance, and the error is 0.3% in the flow range of 60~300 g/s.
