摘  要:采用全自动固相萃取-气相色谱/三重四极杆串联质谱法(SPE-GC-MS/MS)分析水中7种指示性多氯联苯,通过优化测定条件,使PCBs在0.100μg/L^100μg/L范围内线性良好,方法检出限为0.07ng/L^0.1ng/L,回收率为72.1%~102%,RSD为5.8%~12.9%。将该方法用于实际水样测定,结果城市污水处理厂的出水中PCBs检出率较高,而废旧电容器封存点周边地表水易受到PCBs的污染。A method of auto solid-phase extraction-gas chromatography/triple quadrupole mass spectrometry was developed for determining seven indicative polychlorinated biphenyls(PCBs)in water.By optimizing the determination conditions,the method had good linearity in the range of 0.100μg/L^100μg/L.The method detection limit,the recoveries and the relative standard deviation ranged from 0.07 ng/L to 0.1 ng/L,72.1%to 102%and 5.8%to 12.9%,respectively.The method was applied to practical water samples.The results showed that the detection rate of PCBs in the effluent of a municipal wastewater treatment plant was high.The surface water around the storage site of waste capacitors was vulnerable to PCBs pollution.
