摘 要:以城市污水处理厂剩余污泥和磷酸生产废渣磷石膏为原料制备多孔陶粒,考察不同配比、烧结温度及烧结时间对多孔陶粒堆积密度、吸水率及盐酸可溶率的影响。结果表明:在污泥与磷石膏混合比1∶4、烧结温度1050℃、烧结时间15min的条件下,可制得堆积密度为685.78kg/m3、吸水率27.34%、盐酸可溶率11.38%的陶粒,该陶粒内部含有丰富的膨胀气孔,可用作水处理滤料或建材骨料。The porous ceramsite was made by taking waste sludge from municipal sewage treatment plant and waste phosphogypsum from phosphoric acid production as raw materials,and the effects of different proportion,sintering temperature and sintering time on its stacking density,water absorption and solubility in hydrochloric acid were investigated.The results showed that under the conditions of sludge-phosphogypsum mixing ratio of 1∶4,sintering temperature of 1 050℃and sintering time of 15 min,the ceramsite would have the properties of stacking density of 685.78 kg/m 3,water absorption of 27.34%and hydrochloric acid solubility of 11.38%.The ceramsite with plenty of air cells inside was used as the materials of filter or construction.
