摘 要:变送器是火电厂重要的电测仪表。目前,国内火电厂中使用的变送器大多是4mA^20mA二线制模拟变送器,随着机组容量的增大,自动化水平的提高,变送器的用量不断增加,要求也不断提高,常规的模拟电量变送器将会逐步被智能变送器所取代。本文结合茶园电厂发电机智能变送器应用实际,结合历年因变送器本身和回路故障导致事故的案例分析,重点阐述发电机智能变送器的组成、特点和工作原理,探讨其在实际应用中的优缺点。Transmitter is an important electrical measuring instrument in thermal power plant.At present,most of the transducers used in domestic thermal power plants are 4-20 mA two-wire analog transducers.With the increase of unit capacity and automation level,the amount of transducers is increasing,and the requirements are also increasing.Conventional analog transducers will gradually be replaced by intelligent transducers.Based on the practical application of generator intelligent transmitter in Chayuan Power Plant and the case analysis of accidents caused by transmitter itself and circuit faults over the years,this paper focuses on the composition,characteristics and working principle of generator intelligent transmitter,and discusses its advantages and disadvantages in practical application.
