摘　　要：在正常的线路检修过程中,带电调换10kV杆上闸刀是一项较为常见的作业项目,但如果遇到线路杆上闸刀在合上位置就无法进行带电调换,为了避免用户停电的损失,影响供电的可靠率,所以选择开发研究带负荷调换10kV杆上闸刀来解决这一问题。In the normal process of line maintenance,live switching of 10 kV pole top switch is a relatively common work item,but if the pole top switch is in a closed position,live switching can not be carried out.In order to avoid the loss of power outage and affect the reliability of power supply,we choose to develop and study the load switching of 10 kV pole top switch to make up for this problem.
