摘　　要：发电机定子冷却水路定冷水路堵塞在国内外很普遍,除用不锈钢管之外,据调查不论哪一家国内外公司都发生过发电机定冷水路堵塞问题,而国内情况更严重一些。本文根据发生定冷水路堵塞的不同现象进行原因分析,从发电机定冷水路的安装、试验、运行维护和水质监督几方面提出了一些处理方法和预防措施,有效地避免了发电机定冷水路堵塞现象的发生。The blockage of generator stator cooling water is very common at home and abroad.In addition to stainless steel pipes,according to the investigation,no matter which domestic or foreign company has blocked generator cooling water,the domestic situation is more serious.In order to prevent the blockage of generator constant cooling water line,according to the different phenomena and causes of blockage of generator constant cooling water line,this paper puts forward some treatment methods and preventive measures from the aspects of installation,test,operation and maintenance of generator constant cooling water line and water quality supervision,which effectively avoids the blockage of generator constant cooling water line.
