翁维良教授益气温阳活血方治疗心肌梗死反复发作5次长时医案分析

摘　　要：冠心病反复发作心肌梗死危害性极大,对患者生命安全构成威胁,冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)效果显著,但对于无法行PCI者,治疗面临很大困境。总结翁维良教授应用中医治疗心肌梗死反复发作5次、胸痛频发的长时疑难病案,探讨诊病思路、用药经验,通过复杂网络分析挖掘核心处方。在传统经典医案总结的基础上,对反复心肌梗死长时医案的分析进行了尝试,探索名老中医经验总结方法:图文结合,精细分析,使复杂病情清晰,可视客观,有利于更好地传承名老中医经验。Recurrent heart attack of coronary heart disease is extremely harmful,posing a threat to patients’ life safety. PCI treatment is effective,but the treatment for those who cannot undergo PCI is facing a great dilemma. The artical we summarized a long-term and difficult case of Professor WENG Weiliang on myocardial infarction repeated 5 times and frequent chest pains with traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) treatment,explored the experience and ideas on diagnosis and treatment,and got core prescriptions through complex network analysis. On the basis of the summary of traditional classic medical records,the author tried to analyze the long-term medical case of repeated myocardial infarction,and explored the method of summarizing the experience of Chinese medicine practitioners, combining graphic and textual analysis,making the complex disease clear,visual and objective,and laying the foundation for a better inheritance the experience of the old doctor of Chinese medicine.
