摘　　要：在垃圾焚烧发电厂运行过程中,以卧式锅炉作为主要设备,一旦其过热器发生爆管事故,会严重影响整个垃圾焚烧厂运行的安全性,所造成的损失是不可想象的。本文就锅炉及高温过热器进行简要介绍,明确卧式锅炉过热器爆管情况及具体原因,并进一步探讨垃圾焚烧卧式锅炉过热器的整改措施及优化建议,旨在促进锅炉过热器使用功能的有效发挥,促进垃圾焚烧发电厂的安全运行。Horizontal boilers are the main equipment in the operation of waste incineration power plants.Once the superheater tube burst accident occurs,it will seriously affect the safety of the whole waste incineration plant,and the losses caused are unimaginable.This paper briefly introduces the boiler and high temperature superheater,clarifies the tube burst situation and specific reasons of horizontal boiler superheater,and further discusses the rectification measures and optimization suggestions of horizontal waste incineration boiler superheater,aiming at promoting the effective use of boiler superheater function and promoting the safe operation of waste incineration plant,for the reference of relevant personnel only.
