摘　　要：推进意识形态治理,反映了经济基础对意识形态的变革性或调适性发展要求,表明党的执政理念和执政方式的重大转变。新时代意识形态治理承担着重要使命,体现着“人民共享”价值定位和“围绕中心、服务大局”目标体系的新要求,呈现意识形态现代化和提升国家治理能力的新担当。新时代意识形态面临着“一元”与“多样”的矛盾、“线上”与“线下”的疏离、国内与国际话语权的争夺等治理悖论。通过实现主导价值与主流价值的统一、推动线上线下两类阵地的贯通、推进各场域话语的融通,保证意识形态治理的正确方向,促进意识形态治理的技术创新,夯实意识形态治理的群众基础。The promotion of ideological governance is the transformational requirement or adaptive requirement of economic foundation,which reflects the great change of governing concept and style of the Party.The ideological governance of the new era undertakes the critical mission,which embodies the new requirements of‘Shared-by-People’and‘Focus on the Center and Serve the Overall Situation’.It is also the new task of the ideology modernization and the governance capability enhancement.The ideology of the new era is confronted with the paradoxes of centralization and decentralization,online and offline,and domestic and international discourse power.It is necessary to unite the dominant value and the mainstream value,promote the connection between online and offline,encourage the integration of different discourse fields so as to ensure the right direction,improve the technological innovation of ideological governance,and lay a solid foundation of the mass.
