加味泻黄散治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎（心脾积热型）的临床价值

摘　　要：目的分析在小儿疱疹性咽峡炎(心脾积热型)治疗中应用加味泻黄散的临床价值。方法选择2017年1月至2018年6月在我院接受诊治的52例疱疹性咽峡炎(心脾积热型)患儿作为研究对象,依据随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组26例。对照组患儿给予西医疗法进行治疗,观察组患儿给予加味泻黄散进行治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患儿发热、咳嗽、咽痛、疱疹、吞咽受限及头身疼痛症状积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患儿发热、咳嗽、咽痛、疱疹、吞咽受限及头身疼痛症状积分均低于治疗前,且观察组均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组用药不良反应总发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加味泻黄散治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎(心脾积热型)的临床价值高,可有效改善患儿临床症状,提升临床疗效,降低不良反应发生率,值得推广应用。Objective To analyze the clinical value of modified Xiehuang powder in the treatment of children with herpangina of heart and spleen accumulated heat type.Methods Fifty-two children with herpangina of heart and spleen accumulated heat type in our hospital from January 2017 to June 2018 were selected as the study objects and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 26 cases in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine,and the observation group was treated with modified Xiehuang powder.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the symptoms scores of fever,cough,sore throat,herpes,restriction of swallowing and headache between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);after treatment,the symptoms scores of fever,cough,sore throat,herpes,restriction of swallowing and headache in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse drug reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Xiehuang powder in the treatment of children with herpangina of heart and spleen accumulated heat type has highclinical value.It can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of children and the clinical efficacy,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,which is worth popularizing and applying.
