摘　　要：目的分析循证护理对肝癌介入化疗患者生活质量和并发症的影响。方法选取2016年6月至2018年7月我院收治的58例肝癌介入化疗患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组(29例,循证护理)与对照组(29例,常规护理)。比较两组的护理效果。结果干预后,两组患者各项SF-36评分均高于干预前,且观察组均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的发热、穿刺部位出血、胃肠道反应、腹痛及肾功能损害发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对肝癌介入治疗患者实施循证护理效果显著,能够提高患者生活质量,降低并发症发生率,值得临床推广与应用。Objective To analyze the effect of evidence-based nursing on quality of life and complications in patients with liver cancer after interventional chemotherapy.Methods A total of 58 patients with liver cancer after interventional chemotherapy in our hospital from June 2016 to July 2018 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into observation group(29 cases,evidence-based nursing)and control group(29 cases,regular nursing)according to the random number table method.The nursing effects were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the SF-36 scores of the two groups were higher than those before intervention,and those of the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).The incidences of fever,bleeding at puncture site,gastrointestinal reaction,abdominal pain and renal function damage in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based nursing applied to patients with liver cancer after interventional chemotherapy has significant effect.It can improve patients'quality of life and reduce the incidence of complications,which is worthy of promotion and application in clinic.
