摘　　要：Office软件是现在办公软件中使用最广泛、最频繁的软件之一.邮件合并功能将Word和Excel两款软件综合应用,提高了工作效率.将Word域和邮件合并完美结合,提高了综合应用软件的能力,也扩充了两者的使用范围.Office software is one of the most widely used and most frequently used software in office softwares at present.Mail-merge function integrates Word and Excel software and improves the daily work efficiency.The perfect combination of Word domain and mail-merge improves the ability of the integrated application software and extends the range of application of the both.
