论房地产经济发展背景下不动产登记产权产籍管理的作用

摘　　要：近年来,中国房地产业的发展越来越快,房地产产权产籍管理制度越来越完善。房地产产权产籍管理制度的完善发展不仅提高了房地产登记效率,而且有效地保障了房地产业的经济发展,需要更多的研究和论述分析来全面了解房地产产权产籍管理的主要作用。在研究过程中,我们有必要明晰房地产产权产籍管理与房地产开发之间的关系,并通过综合考虑实际问题来分析驱动因素,提出了更有效的措施,本文希望对此进行详细分析,可以为这项任务提供科学依据。In recent years, the development of China's real estate industry is growing faster and faster, and the property registration management system of real estate property rights is becoming more and more perfect. The improvement and development of real estate property registration management system not only improves the efficiency of real estate registration, but also effectively guarantees the economic development of real estate industry. More research and analysis are needed to fully understand the main role of real estate property registration management. In the process of research, it is necessary to clarify the relationship between real estate property management and real estate development, and through comprehensive consideration of practical problems to analyze the driving factors, put forward more effective measures, this paper hopes to carry out a detailed analysis of this, can provide a scientific basis for this task.
