摘　　要：Dear Colleagues, You are invited to contribute a research article or a comprehensive review for consideration and publication in the Advances in Higher Education (AHE). AHE is an international, peerreviewed open access journal focused on all areas of higher education. AHE is published by Universe Scientific Publishing Pte. Ltd. Online and in hard copy, initially biannually, with the intention to soon increase the frequency as the rate of submissions in-creases.
