摘　　要：聚焦讨论2018年足球世界杯赛,探讨“男子汉”的精神与特质从哪里来的问题,研究人格与亲情、各种形态的族群认同等体育精神动力之所在。以国别与族群文化之比较,阐明足球发展的选择将顶层赛事紧紧连接,青训—学校体育的链环是最具成效的。而足球等体育项目中“男子汉”精神与特质的当代培养基础,主要在于学校体育活动的他律与自律需要不失时机地优先发展,因为对于青少年成长与励志而言不可或缺的“成丁礼”地点,就在于他们所在的学校体育场地。This paper research on 2018 FIFA World Cup,that is,where are the spirits and traits of man from? It is related to the spiritual motivations of sports,including the fundamental humanity and familial identity,and different configurations of ethnic identity.Based on the comparisons among nationalities and ethnic groups,it is found that the most effective way for the improvement of football-playing is the close connection between top-level competitions,and youth training and school sports. What’s more,contemporarily,the cultivation of the spirits and traits of man in football-playing and other sports mainly relies on the heteronomy and autonomy of school sports,which must be prioritized without losing any chances. That is because the necessary‘coming of age’place for youth growth and inspiration is just the playgrounds on their school.
