摘　　要：目的 建立高效液相色谱法测定柴连口服液中连翘苷的含量的方法。方法 采用 Alltima C 18 5μ 250mm×4.6mm色谱柱;乙腈-水(25∶ 75)为流动相;检测波长278nm。结果 连翘苷浓度的线性范围为0.618~3.09μg,r=0.9999。平均加样回收率为99.37%,RSD=1.83%。结论 该方法简便、准确、重复性好。可作为该制剂的定量分析方法。OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC method for determination of the c otent of forsythin in Chailian Oral Liquid. METHODS Alltima C 18 5μ 250mm×4.6mm column was used and the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water (25∶ 75).It was detected at 278nm. RESULTS The linear range was 0.618-3.09 μg,r=0.9999.The average recovery was 99.37%,RSD=1.83%. CONCLUSION The meth od is simple,and acc urate with a good reproducibility and can be used as quantitative analysis metho d for this preparation.
