储运系统设备及管道布置的优化浅析

摘　　要：储运系统是化工装置的重要组成部分,主要用于储存和装卸液体化工产品。储运系统设备和管道布置是储运系统设计的关键部分,其效果不仅直接影响储运系统的正常稳定运行,还影响到装置的投资以及后续扩建需求。本文以荣信化工年产40万吨乙二醇项目的成品罐区为例,对储运系统设备和管道布置进行深入的分析和研究,介绍了储运系统设备及管道如何优化布置。Storage and transportation system is an important part of chemical plant,which is mainly used to store and unload liquid chemical products. The layout of storage and transportation system equipment and pipeline is a key part of the design of storage and transportation system. Its effect not only directly affects the normal and stable operation of storage and transportation system,but also affects the investment of the device and the subsequent expansion requirements.Taking the finished product tank area of Rongxin Chemical Project with an annual output of 400000 tons of ethylene glycol as an example,a thorough analysis and study on the equipment and pipeline layout of the storage and transportation system were discussed,and how to optimize the equipment and pipeline layout of the storage and transportation system was introduced.
