摘 要:利用亚克力的高透光性对湿法制样的微纳米磁性材料进行后处理,制备普通透射电子显微镜的磁性材料样品,主要是在湿法制样的磁性材料与支持膜上均匀地覆盖一层亚克力膜,使磁性材料均匀分布在亚克力高透光性的膜中,达到固定磁性材料的目的,解决了双联铜网破损或者外部沾染样品造成磁性材料容易吸附到电镜系统内部的问题,制样过程简单易学,利用普通的商品化纯碳膜就可以完成磁性材料的测试,大大降低了微纳米磁性材料的观察成本和测试风险。Post-treatment of micro-nanomagnetic materials prepared by the wet method with high transparency of acrylic is carried out. The preparation of magnetic material samples which can be observed by ordinary transmission electron microscopy is mainly to cover a layer of acrylic film uniformly on the wet magnetic material and the supporting film so that the magnetic material is evenly distributed in the acrylic high transparency film so as to achieve the purpose of fixing the magnetic material. The problem that the magnetic material can easily be adsorbed into the EM system because of the breakage of the double copper mesh or the external contamination of the sample is solved. The sample preparation process is simple and easy to learn. The testing of magnetic material can be completed by using the common commercial pure carbon film, which greatly reduces the observation cost and testing risk of micro-nanomagnetic materials.
