五子衍宗方结合逍遥散治疗对男性弱精症患者精子活力、畸形率和密度的影响

摘　　要：目的分析五子衍宗方结合逍遥散治疗对弱精症患者精子活力、密度和畸形率的影响。方法选取2015年6月至2017年6月大冶市中医医院收治的200例弱精症患者作为研究对象。随机分为对照组和联合组,每组各100例。对照组给予五子衍宗丸进行治疗,联合组给予五子衍宗方与逍遥散进行联合治疗。两组患者均治疗3个月,比较两组患者治疗前和治疗后3个月精子活力、密度、畸形率的差异。结果两组患者治疗后3个月a级、a级+b级精子百分率较治疗前均显著升高,且观察组较对照组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。两组患者治疗后3个月精子密度较治疗前均显著升高,且观察组较对照组显著升高(P<0.01)。两组患者治疗后3个月精子畸形率较治疗前均显著下降,且观察组较对照组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论五子衍宗方结合逍遥散治疗可明显提高弱精症患者精子活力,增加精子密度,降低精子畸形率,因此具有良好的临床应用价值。Objective To analyze the effect of Wuziyanzong prescription combined with Xiaoyao powder on the sperm motility, density and deformity rate of asthenospermia. Methods 200 patients with asthenospermia in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2017 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 100 cases in each group. Control group was given Wuziyanzong pill, and observation group was given Wuziyanzong prescription combined with Xiaoyao powder. The two groups were treated for 3 months, and the differences in sperm motility, density and deformity rate between the two groups before and 3 months after treatment were compared. Results The percentages of sperm on grade A and grade A+B in the two groups after 3 months of treatment were significantly higher than those before treatment, and percentages in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.01). At 3 months after treatment, the density of sperm in the two groups was significantly higher than that before treatment, and the density in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.01). The rate of sperm malformation in the two groups after 3 months of treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment, and the rate in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.01). Conclusions Wuziyanzong prescription combined with Xiaoyao powder can significantly improve sperm motility, increase sperm density and reduce sperm deformity rate in patients with asthenospermia, which is of good clinical application value.
