基于企业创新主体视角的知识产权维权体系的思考

摘　　要：随着经济市场竞争加剧,知识性资产在提高企业竞争实力上的作用逐渐凸显出来,建立知识产权保护体系是保障企业良好发展的关键。针对现阶段知识产权维权体系中的不足,提出注重政府政策的引导作用、推进知识产权项目实现产业化等改进措施。With the intensification of the competition in the economic market,the role of intellectual assets in improving the competitive strength of enterprises has gradually become apparent,and the establishment of intellectual property protection system is the key to ensure the good development of enterprises. In view of the shortcomings in the establishment of the intellectual property rights protection system at this stage,the author puts forward some improvement measures such as focusing on the guiding role of government policies and promoting the industrialization of intellectual property rights projects.
