摘  要:本文介绍了一种基于温度补偿技术的小型化微波调控放大链路的设计方法。该调控放大链路集调幅开关、模拟衰减器、功率放大器、温度补偿检电路及自动电平控制回路于一体,利用检波二极管的特性互补对功率控制环路中检波电压进行很好的温度补偿。选取微封装单片电路,进行综合考虑和布局,进行小型化设计,增加射频测试口,实现故障快速定位,方便监测、维修,提高系统的可靠性。In this paper, a design method of the miniature microwave control amplification chain based on temperature compensation technology is presented. This microwave control amplification chain integrates amplitude modulation switch, analog,power amplifier, temperature compensation circuit and automatic level control loop, and makes good temperature compensation for detection voltage in the power control loop by using the complementary characteristics of detection diode. Micropackage single chip circuit is selected for comprehensive consideration and layout, and miniaturization design is carried out. RF test ports are added to achieve rapid fault location, convenient monitoring and maintenance, and improve the reliability of the system.
