职业生涯团体辅导对低身高护生职业决策自我效能的影响

摘　　要：以职业生涯团体辅导的方式提升低身高护生群体的职业决策能力。招募低身高护生,随机分为干预组和对照组,每组20人。前者组织开展6次团体辅导,后者不组织。选取职业决策自我效能量表(CDMSE)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)在团体辅导之前与之后测试。两组干预前各项评分不具备明显差异。职业决策自我效能总分及各维度得分在干预组接受团体辅导后均高于辅导前,焦虑总分明显低于干预前。职业生涯团体辅导对提升低身高护生的职业自我效能感具有积极作用,有助于缓解就业压力和焦虑情绪。Career group counseling was used to improve the career decision-making ability of low-height nursing students. Nurses with low stature were recruited and randomly divided into intervention group and control group with 20 students in each group. The former organizes six group counseling sessions, while the latter does not. Career Decision Self-efficacy Scale (CDMSE) and Self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) were tested before and after group counseling. There was no significant difference in scores between two groups before intervention. The total scores of career decision-making self-efficacy and dimensions in intervention group after group counseling were higher than those before group counseling, and the total score of anxiety was significantly lower than that before intervention. Career group counseling plays a positive role in improving the professional self-efficacy of low-height nursing students, and helps to alleviate employment pressure and anxiety.
