中国药典2015年版及《临床用药须知》收载治疗溃疡性结肠炎成方制剂的用药特点分析

摘　　要：目的分析中国药典2015年版及《临床用药须知》收载的治疗溃疡性结肠炎成方制剂的用药特点,为临床治疗溃疡性结肠炎提供科学合理的用药参考。方法收集中国药典2015年版及《临床用药须知》中治疗溃疡性结肠炎的成方制剂,并进行分类、频数统计。结果中国药典及《临床用药须知》共收录治疗溃疡性结肠炎的成方制剂9种,其处方组成药物中含中药38味,主要为补益剂、祛湿剂和表里双解剂。结论中国药典2015年版及《临床用药须知》收载治疗溃疡性结肠炎的成方制剂以补益气血、祛湿止泻、解表清里为主要治则,药物以补虚药、清热药、理气药、止血药、收涩药、解表药、活血化瘀药使用较多。OBJECTIVE To analyze the prescription characteristics of Chinese patent medicine for treating ulcerative colitis recorded in Chinese Pharmacopeia and its Clinical Guide(2015 Edition), and provide references for rational medication for clinical treatment of ulcerative colitis. METHODS Gathering Chinese patent medicine for treating ulcerative colitis recorded in Chinese Pharmacopeia and its Clinical Guide (2015 Edition), then made classification and frequency statistics. RESULTS There were 9 kinds of Chinese patent medicine which including 38 herbs in total. The most common used formulas of these Chinese patent medicine were tonic prescriptions, desiccating formula and formula that release evils from both the exterior and interior. CONCLUSION Tonifying Qi and blood, eliminating dampness to stop diarrhea and relieving superficies and clearing interior are the main treatment principle of Chinese patent medicine for treating ulcerative colitis recorded in Chinese pharmacopeia and its Clinical Guide. At the same time, tonifying medicine, heat-clearing medicine, drugs for regulating Qi flow, hemostatics, astringent medicine, drugs for relieving exterior syndrome and drug for invigorating blood circulation and eliminating stasis were used the most.
