农区所融入地方农技推广体系对策研究——以江苏省农业科学院宿迁农科所为例

摘　　要：科技服务是地区级农业科研单位重要职责之一。农区所融入地方农技推广体系,是自身价值的充分发挥和有效体现,又是对地方乡(镇)农业技术推广能力不足的有效补充。本文分析了宿迁地区乡(镇)农技推广体系现状与存在的问题,阐述了宿迁农科所五大优势,从7个方面提出了农区所融入地方农技推广体系的对策,以期促进现代农业发展、提升当地农业发展水平。Science and technology service is one of the important responsibilities of regional agricultural research institutions.The integration of institutes in agricultural production areas into local agricultural technology extension system is the full play and effective reflection of its own value,and it is also an effective supplement to the lack of agricultural technology extension ability of local townships.This paper analyzed the current situation and existing problems of the rural agricultural technology extension system in Suqian area,expounded the five advantages of Suqian Agricultural Research Institute,and put forward the countermeasures for the integration of institutes in agricultural production areas into local agricultural technology extension system from seven aspects,in order to promote the development of modern agriculture and improve the level of local agricultural development.
