摘  要:轧机设备是冶炼厂最常用的设备之一,而轧机设备的最重要的零件就是轴承。轧机轴承的运行状态直接影响冶炼厂的正常生产运转。因此,冶炼厂轧机轴承故障处理具有重要工作意义。随着科技的不断发展,数字信号处理系统已经在工业生产中的到了广泛应用。利用数字信号处理系统,采用全新的信息化手段与方法,及时准确的获得冶炼厂轧机轴承故障信息,并据此提出故障处理办法,具有重要意义。Rolling mill equipment is one of the most commonly used equipment in smelters, and the most important part of rolling mill equipment is the bearing. The running state of rolling mill bearing directly affects the normal operation of smelter. Therefore, the treatment of rolling mill bearing fault in smelter is of great significance. With the continuous development of science and technology, digital signal processing system has been widely used in industrial production. It is of great significance to use digital signal processing system and new information technology to obtain timely and accurate fault information of rolling mill bearings in smelters, and to put forward fault treatment methods accordingly.
