摘　　要：CAD广泛应用于食品分析、环境检测、制药研发及分析领域,因此对CAD的校准并及时溯源非常必要。本文简要说明了CAD检测器的原理和应用,对该检测器的校准方法进行了详细的描述及校准结果进行相应处理。HPLC-CAD is widely used in food analysis,environmental testing,pharmaceutical research and development and analysis,therefore,it is necessary to calibrate and timely trace the source of HPLC-CAD. This paper briefly describes the principle and application of CAD detector,describes the calibration method of the detector in detail and deals with the calibration results accordingly.
