摘  要:以1年生中辽1号杨为试验材料,测定其光合因子日变化、光响应曲线和CO2响应曲线,其目的是了解中辽1号杨的光合生理特性,为中辽1号杨高效稳产栽培提供科学依据。结果表明:中辽1号杨净光合速率、蒸腾速率和气孔导度的日变化曲线均为“高峰—低谷—高峰”的双峰曲线,存在明显的“光合午休”现象;全天净光合速率最大值为20.34μmol·m^-2s^-1,出现在上午10:00。相关性分析表明光合有效辐射和大气CO2浓度是影响净光合速率日变化的主要因子。采用直角双曲线修正模型对中辽1号杨光响应曲线及CO2响应曲线进行拟合,得到中辽1号杨各项光合参数,其中光饱和点为1713.53μmol·m^-2s^-1,光补偿点为28.99μmol·m^-2s^-1,最大净光合速率为19.89μmol·m^-2s^-1,暗呼吸速率为-1.99μmol·m^-2s^-1,初始量子效率为0.073,CO2饱和点为1266.09μmol·mol^-1,CO2补偿点为68.81μmol·mol^-1。Taking one-year-old of Populus×canadensis cv.‘zhongliao 1’as the research object,the diurnal variation of photosynthesis,light response curve and CO 2 response curve were measured.The photosynthetic physiological characteristics of P.× canadensis cv.‘zhongliao 1’ were investigated,which purpose to provided theoretical basis for formulating high-efficiency and stable cultivation techniques.The results showed that the diurnal variation curve of net photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate and stomatal conductance of P.× canadensis cv.‘zhongliao 1’was a bimodal curve of ‘peak-trough-peak’.There was an obvious phenomenon of ‘midday depression of photosynthesis’.The maximum net photosynthetic rate was 20.34 μmol · m^-2 s^-1,which appeared at 10:00 a.m.The relativity analysis indicated that photosynthetic active radiation and atmospheric CO2 concentration were the main factors affecting diurnal variation of net photosynthetic rate;The Is,Ic,P max,Rd,Ccp,CSP and initial quantum efficiency simulated by modified rectangular hyperbola modle were 1 713.53 μmol · m^-2 s^-1,28.99 μmol · m^-2 s^-1,19.89 μmol · m^-2 s^-1,-1.99 μmol · m^-2 s^-1,1 266.09 μmol · mol^-1,68.81 μmol · mol^-1 and 0.073,respectively.
