摘 要:针对驯化筛选的一株好氧反硝化菌Acinetobacter sp.A2,研究了其以苯酚为唯一碳源进行反硝化的动力学过程.通过对比不同浓度条件下苯酚浓度对反硝化效能的影响,结果表明苯酚浓度在500 mg/L左右能够为反硝化提供充足碳源且不产生严重的抑制作用,此时反硝化效率最高.在该浓度条件下,分别控制温度、 pH 值以及DO(Dissolved Oxygen)为唯一控制变量,研究Acinetobacter sp.A2在限制性条件下的动力学关系,根据试验数据推导出了Acinetobacter sp.A2在限制性条件下的混合降解动力学方程.通过试验数据以及动力学方程分析可以确定温度及 pH 值为反硝化过程的主要影响因子之一.Acinetobacter sp.A2 was domesticated and screened,and the kinetic process of denitrification with phenol as the sole carbon source was studied.By investigating the effect of phenol concentration on denitrification efficiency,the results showed that phenol concentration at about 500 mg/L could provide sufficient carbon source for denitrification without serious inhibition,and the denitrification efficiency was the highest at that time.Under the condition of concentration,control temperature, pH value and dissolved oxygen were the only control variables,respectively,to study the kinetics relationship of Acinetobacter sp.A2 under the restrictive conditions.Based on the experimental data,the mixed degradation kinetics equation of Acinetobacter sp.A2 under the restrictive conditions was deduced.Through the analysis of the preliminary test data and the kinetic equation,it can be determined that the temperature and pH value were the main influencing factors of the denitrification process.
