摘　　要：基于孤立建筑物等效面积计算原理,介绍了等效面积图示法的计算方法,借助常用的画图软件AutoCAD,阐述了不规则建筑等效面积的简化计算方法,可规避繁琐的计算过程,提高计算效率。Based on the calculation principle of equivalent area of the isolated building,the graphical method for equivalent area was introduced.Using drawing software AutoCAD,we can get a simplified calculation method for irregular buildings.This method can avoid the tedious calculation process and improve the computational efficiency.
