摘  要:采用模拟试验研究了核电厂二回路的碳钢材料在不同碱化剂条件下的流动加速腐蚀(FAC)行为,采用慢应变速率试验(SSRT)研究了不同碱化剂条件下二回路用不锈钢材料及690TT合金的应力腐蚀行为,采用模拟净化床试验研究了不同碱化剂对树脂性能的影响。结果表明:乙醇胺(ETA)与二回路典型材料具有良好的相容性;与NH3相比,使用ETA作为碱化剂可降低碳钢材料在汽液两相区的FAC速率,对不锈钢和690TT合金材料的应力腐蚀敏感性没有明显的影响,对树脂的综合性能也没有明显的影响,且可延长净化床的运行周期。Simulation experiments were carried out to study the flow accelerated corrosion(FAC)behav ior of carbon steel materials in the secondary circuit of nuc lear power plants with different alkalizing age nts.The stress corrosion behavior of stainless steel and 690TT alloy in the secondary circuit with different alkalizing agents was studied by slow strain rate test(SSRT).The effects of different alkalizing agents on the properties of resin w ere studied by simulated polishing bed test.The results show that ethano l amine(ETA)had good compatibility with typical materials of the secondary circuit.Compared with NH3,the use of ETA as an alkalizing agent could reduce the FAC rate of carbon steel materials in the vapor-liquid two-phase r egion,and did not significantly affect the stre ss corrosion sensitivity of stainless steel and 690TT alloy materials,and h ad no significant effect on the overall perform ance of the resin.ETA can extend the operating cycles of the polishin g system.
