摘  要:采用氧化聚乙二醇(PEG)得到两端为羧基的改性PEG(PEG-COOH),将其与环氧树脂原位反应制得水性环氧树脂乳液。研究了PEG相对分子质量、PEG-COOH用量和环氧树脂对水性环氧树脂乳液的粒径、稳定性等的影响。结果表明,采用PEG相对分子质量为4000的PEG4000合成了PEG-COOH,以PEG-COOH∶环氧树脂E-20的配合比为25%(wt,质量分数)∶100%(wt,质量分数)条件下,制得的水性环氧树脂乳液的平均粒径为97.5nm。静置180d无沉淀,且水性环氧树脂乳液上浆碳纤维后,明显改善了碳纤维表面的沟槽状况。Modified PEG (PEG-COOH)with carboxyl groups at both ends was prepared by oxidation of polyethylene glycols(PEG),and then reacted in situ with epoxy resins to form an epoxy latex.The effects of molecular weight of PEG,the amount of PEG-COOH and the epoxy resin on emulsion stability and particle size were discussed. The results showed that PEG-COOH was synthesized using PEG4000with a relative molecular mass of 4000,and the mixing ratio of PEG-COOH:epoxy resin E-20was 25%(wt,mass fraction):100%(wt,mass fraction).The obtained aqueous epoxy resin emulsion had an average particle diameter of 97.5nm.There was no precipitation for 180days and the groove on carbon fiber surface was significantly improved by applying the latex to the carbon fiber.
