摘 要:采用X射线粉末衍射仪(XRD)、红外漫反射光谱(IR)对A、B、C 3种MgO基材料内部及表面结构进行了表征。结果显示,样品A内部组分为MgO,表面有微量的Mg(OH)2;样品B、C表面及内部均含有MgO与Mg(OH)2,且样品B中的Mg(OH)2相对含量高于样品C。采用差示扫描量热仪(DSC)对A、B、C、硝化棉(NC)及混合体系A/NC、B/NC、C/NC进行了热分解特性研究。结果表明,样品A/NC没有熔融吸热峰,B/NC吸热量高于C/NC。并测试了a、b、c 3种推进剂的燃烧性能,结果表明,样品表面Mg(OH)2含量最高的B添加至配方中制备的推进剂b的燃烧性能最佳,这说明MgO基材料表面的Mg(OH)2对稳定燃速具有一定的促进作用。The interior and surface structures of sample A,B,and C were characterized by X-ray power diffractometer and infrared diffuse reflection spectrum.The results showed that the interior of sample A was MgO with slight Mg(OH)2at the surface.By contrast,both the interior and surface of sample B and C were composed of MgO and Mg(OH)2 ,and the relative quantity of Mg(OH)2 in sample B was larger than that in sample C.The thermal decomposition properties of sample A,B,and C as well as their mixtures with nitrocellulose(NC)were examined by differential scanning calorimetry.The results revealed that there was no melting peak in sample A/NC,and the heat adsorption capacity of sample B/NC was bigger than that of sample C/NC.The combustion performances of MgO based propellant a,b,and c prepared by A,B,and C,respectively,were tested.The propellant b had the optimal combustion performance,which can be attributed to the high quantity of Mg(OH)2 in B,suggestive of stabilization effect of Mg(OH)2 on burning rate.
