摘  要:2,4,6,8,10,12-六硝基-2,4,6,8,10,12-六氮杂异伍兹烷(HNIW)是一种高能新型材料,目前已广泛应用于军事领域。由于HNIW在受到碰撞时容易发生剧烈化学反应,因此需要通过采用合适的材料制备方法来调控其撞击感度。综述了溶剂-非溶剂法、机械分散法及超临界流体法等多种方法制备得到的HNIW撞击感度研究进展,指出微观形貌和粒径尺寸是影响HNIW撞击感度的关键因素,小尺度球形化的HNIW具有更低的撞击感度。HNIW,an abbreviation of Hexanitrohexaazaisowurtzitane,was a new kind high energy material and had been widely used in the military application fields.Hence a violent chemical reaction would take place easily when HNIW suffering accident mechanical impact loading,it was necessary to modulate its impact sensitivity by material preparation methods.In this work,the influence on the impact sensitivity of HNIW prepared by different methods are summarized.Moreover,it is suggested that the morphology and average particle size play key roles in the impact sensitivity of HNIW and samples with small particles and high spherical shape exhibit lower impact sensitivity.
