摘 要:通过模化试验研究了翅片间距对单向开缝翅片管换热器翅片侧流动、传热特性的影响。结果表明:在翅片间距为2.1~2.5mm范围内,当Re<2700时,减小翅片间距能提高单向开缝翅片管换热器的传热性能,当Re>2700时,增大翅片间距能提高其传热性能;单向开缝翅片管换热器翅片侧的阻力随翅片间距的增大而减小;增大翅片间距能提高单向开缝翅片管换热器的综合性能。The effect of fin pitch on the flow and heat transfer performance of unidirectional slit fin-and-tube heat exchangers was studied by experiment. The results indicate that when fin pitch is within the range of 2.1 ~ 2.5 mm and Re is less than2700,the heat transfer performance of unidirectional slit fin-and-tube heat exchangers is improved with fin pitch decrease. When Re is greater than 2700,the heat transfer performance is improved with fin pitch increase. The resistance at fin side of unidirectional slit fin-and-tube heat exchangers decreases with the increase of fin pitch. The comprehensive performance of unidirectional slit fin-and-tube heat exchangers is improved with fin pitch increase.
