摘 要:采用深棕色橡椀栲胶对胶原蛋白膜进行改性及染色,并对改性后的胶原膜进行了相关表征.研究结果表明:当pH值为4.5时,0.3 g/L橡杭栲胶在40℃下与胶原膜反应3h后可达到最佳染色效果,得到一种褐色胶原膜.改性后胶原膜对紫外光和可见光的透过率降低、亲水性增强.红外光谱分析证明栲胶鞣质分子与胶原之间发生了氢键结合.改性后胶原膜的热变性温度提高了8.1℃,抗张强度提高了9.47 MPa,断裂伸长率下降了4.6%.Collagen membrane was modified by a dark brown valonea tannin and properties of modified membrane were characterized.Under the condition of pH value 4.5,the optimum dyeing effect could be obtained using 0.3g/valonea tannin reacting with collagen membrane at 40℃for 3 h,a kind of brown collagen membrane is gained.The addition of valonea tannin decreases the ultraviolet(UV)and visible light transmittance of modified membrane and promotes the hydrophilieity of modified membrane.The Fourier transform infrared spectrum(FT-IR)demonstrates that there are hydrogen bonds between the collagen and valonea tannin.The denaturation temperature of modified membrane increases hy 8.1℃,and the tensile strength increases hy 9,47 MPa,while the elongation at break decrea-ses by 4.6%.
