先天性心脏病介入治疗患儿父母感知脆弱现状及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的探讨先天性心脏病(简称先心病)介入治疗患儿父母感知脆弱现状及其影响因素,为制定有针对性的干预措施提供依据。方法采用便利抽样法,2018年1—9月,选择在长春市某三级甲等医院接受先心病介入治疗的患儿父亲或母亲200名为研究对象。采用父母感知脆弱量表、SAS、社会支持量表(SSRS)对其进行调查。结果共发放问卷200份,回收有效问卷185份。185名先心病患儿家属父母感知脆弱量表总分为(5.59±2.66)分。患儿是否为独生子女是患儿父母感知脆弱的影响因素(P<0.05)。父母年龄、与患儿关系、文化程度、家庭月收入、社会支持度是先心病患儿父母感知脆弱的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论患儿是否为独生子女、父母年龄、与患儿关系、文化程度、家庭月收入、社会支持度是影响患儿父母感知脆弱水平的因素,医护人员应对上述人群给予更多的关注。Objective To investigate the status quo of parental perception and its influencing factors in parents with children undergoing invasive treatment for congenital heart disease (CHD), and to provide evidence for the development of targeted interventions. Methods By convenience sampling, from January to September of 2018, 200 fathers or mothers whose children underwent invasive treatment for CHD in a Class Ⅲ Grade A hospital in Changchun were selected as participants in the study. The Parental Perception Vulnerability Scale, the Self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS), and the Social Support Scale (SSRS) were used to investigate the participants. Results A total of 200 questionnaires were distributed and 185 valid questionnaires were retrieved. The 185 parents of the sick children achieved a total score of (5.59±2.66) points in the Parental Perception Vulnerability Scale. Whether the sick child was the only child of the parents was the influencing factor of the parents' perception vulnerability (P<0.05). The parents' age, relationship with the sick children, educational level, family monthly income, degree of social support were the influencing factors of parental perception vulnerability in CHD children's parents (P<0.05). Conclusions Whether the sick child was the only child of the parents or not, the parents' age, relationship with the sick children, educational level, family monthly income, degree of social support were the influencing factors of parental perception vulnerability in CHD children's parents, therefore, the medical staff should pay more attention to the above population group.
