摘  要:目的研究综合医院基于DRGs为基础的绩效考核评价体系。方法选取2017年1月1日-12月31日某三级甲等医院90082例数据,计算DRGs、CMI、时间消耗指数和费用消耗指数,同时对CMI与DRG组数、CMI与次均费用、CMI与平均住院日进行比较。结果 DRGs入组率为99.1%,CMI值为1.18,DRG组数为681组,时间指数为1.16,费用指数为0.88。结论 DRGs可以在刺激医院员工积极性的同时有利于医院从传统经验管理转向科学管理,从粗放型管理转向精细化管理,从外延性规模扩张转变为成本内涵式发展。将有利于医院绩效考核的开展和医院的绩效管理。Objective To study the DRGs-based performance evaluation system of comprehensive hospitals.Methods Selecting 90082 cases to calculate the diagnosis related groups(DRGs), case-mix index(CMI), time consumption index and cost consumption index and compare to CMI and DRG groups, CMI and secondary average cost, CMI and average hospitalization day from a third-class hospital in 2017. Results The enrollment rate was 99.1%, the CMI value was 1.18, the number of DRG groups was 681, the time index was 1.16, and the cost index was 0.88. Conclusions DRGs could not only stimulate the enthusiasm of hospital staff, but also facilitate the transformation of hospitals from traditional experience management to scientific management, from extensive management to fine management, from extensive scale expansion to cost containment development. It would be conducive to the development of hospital performance assessment and management.
